At Upstage Watches, we utilize the following terms in our descriptions to provide an accurate depiction of your new timepiece:

Unworn – This timepiece has not been worn and shows no signs of wear.

Excellent – The timepiece exhibits very light wear with no dents or dings.

Very Good – There are some signs of wear on the timepiece. Small dents or dings may be present, and the crystal may have visible chips or scratches.

Good – The timepiece shows wear that is visible to the naked eye and may require servicing soon. The crystal may display visible scratches and/or chips.

We accept payments via Bank Transfer, Wise Transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit cards.

To safeguard against fraudulent transactions, all credit card payments require a copy of the purchaser’s or recipient’s driver’s license, with the name and address matching the order details. Kindly email this to sales@upstagewatches.com.au along with your order information.

Credit Card Surcharges:

  • Visa/Mastercard: 2%
  • UnionPay/American Express: 3%
    These surcharges are imposed by the credit card providers. To avoid these fees, we recommend opting for bank transfer or cash payment. Please note that the surcharge is not included in the total at checkout. For the final payment amount, including any surcharges, kindly contact our customer service or email us at sales@upstagewatches.com.au, and we will manually adjust your total.

Your order will be dispatched promptly once the funds have cleared into our business bank account.

At Upstage Watches, we encourage all buyers to confirm their chosen model prior to purchase. We will accept returns within 48 hours of receipt if the product does not match its description. Please note that we do not accept returns for "Buyer's Remorse."

We utilize FedEx, DHL, or Toll for all deliveries within Australia, with a flat shipping fee of $150 per watch. Additional insurance coverage can be arranged at the buyer's expense. For specific shipping rates to your location, please email us atSales@upstagewatches.com.au.

Delivery Time:

  • For Australia Metro Areas, expect delivery within 1-3 Business Days after dispatch.
  • For Australia Regional Areas, anticipate delivery within 2-5 Business Days after dispatch.
  • International orders typically arrive within 7-14 Business Days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Upstage Watches will place any of our products on hold upon receipt of an agreed deposit. The holding period is determined by the agreement between both parties before accepting the deposit.

In most situations, our initial quotes remain consistent. However, should the actual condition of the watch differ from the provided photos or descriptions, the final quote may need adjustment. If there's any change in the quote after we've assessed the watch, we're committed to covering the costs of shipping and insurance should you decide to have your watch returned.

We've successfully shipped hundreds of watches without a single instance of damage or loss. Nevertheless, in the unlikely event of such an occurrence, rest assured that every watch is fully insured for 100% of the quoted value. You can have peace of mind knowing our shipping method is both secure and reliable.

Indeed, the absence of papers does impact the trade-in value, which varies depending on the brand and model of the watch. For instance, lacking papers for a Rolex can decrease its value by $1,000 to $2,000. Each watch is assessed individually. It's important to note that papers hold more significance than the box. For us, the box and packaging have considerably less value.

When attempting to sell your watch, its value is influenced by four key factors: Brand and Model, Age, Condition, and Documentation.

No, upon receiving your watch, we will conduct a verification to ensure it keeps accurate time and functions correctly. Should the watch require servicing, we will arrange for its repair only after completing the purchase.
